VocalEvoIP is a totally scalable IP recording solution suitable for any sized requirement, providing from 4 to 120 channels of simultaneous recording per server (many more IP streams or 'telephones' can be connected, simultaneous represents concurrent recording capacity). This solution offers the ability to record an entirely VoIP environment or a mixed telephony environment with VoIP, voice, screens in single server.

As you expect from any solution in the Vocal range, VocalEvoIP utilises Vocal's 'open systems' philosophy. Through a combination of non-proprietary hardware and powerful APIs this solution lowers the cost of ownership by providing cost effective upgrades, and greater connectivity to your business applications or existing telephony infrastructure.

This recording solution integrates with the InspirationPro quality monitoring software for call centres. Other add-on web-based recording applications are available to enable quick and easy access to calls. An ideal solution for high capacity, growing organisations, mixed telephony requirements or where specialist applications need to be developed.

'Selective', rules based, or Random recording - for quality monitoring or other applications
 
Blanket recording or 'Total recording' makes VocalEvoIP suitable for organisations that need transaction verification, compliance or risk management.
 
Record on demand applications within VocalEvoIP enables recording to be initiated at any time while a call is in progress, by simply pressing a button on designated workstations.
 
Real time monitoring allows organisations to view the current status of any calls and initiate recording if required.
