Having worked with Surrey Police to develop Call Handling guidelines, which have now been adopted as a National Standard for all UK police forces, Business Systems would like to offer help to other police forces looking to adopt these into their service centres. A Contact Centre Assessment Service designed especially for Police service centres is now available from Business Systems. This service offers the facility for service managers to meet with the Business Systems consultant responsible for setting up these call-handling guidelines.
