Sales Executives

We are currently recruiting for Sales Executives, to be based from home and cover a sales territory of the City of London, North of England and South of England.

A highly self-motivated and driven business-to-business Sales Executive is required to take on this challenging field sales role selling the company's range of voice recording solutions within the financial markets or contact centre market. This role will primarily be new business focused with some account management, you must however be new business orientated with 'hunter' instincts who is not afraid to pick up the phone to generate leads. You will have the ability to attain if not exceed agreed revenue targets of circ. £1M.

Candidates who wish to apply should also have the following, skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-years business-to-business sales experience with a proven successful sales record.
  • Experience of selling IT products or services.
  • Cold calling - used to generating own leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers, prospects and employees at all levels.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to pick out important information.
  • Ability to empathise with the customer to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Understanding of and able to use professional sales skills.

Internal Sales Executive (Telesales)

Business Systems is looking for talented telephone business-to-business outbound sales people to help them grow and develop market share within the SME market place.

This role of Internal Sales Executive is ideal for career minded individuals; looking to progress into senior sales position or field based selling.

Responsibilities to include: Cold calling and identifying opportunities from in-house database of historical contacts and new call lists; responding to and qualifying inbound sales enquiries.

Candidates who wish to apply should also have the following, skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 months business-to-business outbound telesales experience with a proven successful sales record.
  • Experience or an interest in telecoms, IT, or technology for business.
  • Self-motivation and tenacity- drive, determination and desire to succeed.
  • Effective communication - able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Listening - ability to pick out important information in oral communication. Questioning ability and general reactions indicative of 'active' listening.

Technical Support Engineers

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineers to be part of our Team. You will be based in our City office or be Home-based supporting either our Financial or Contact Centre customers around the UK.

This role is to provide field support to our wide customer base, installing, configuring and maintaining our range of call recording equipment. The role will also involve regular paid overtime (including weekend work) and inclusion on a 24-hour callout rota.

Suitable candidates will be prepared to work overtime and travel to customer sites throughout the UK and do overnight stays when required. This is a role for a bright, self-motivated customer-facing Engineer with a flexible attitude to work and the confidence to deal with external customers on a daily basis.

Candidates who wish to apply should also have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience of working within an IT or Telecoms field support role.
  • Excellent PC hardware - knowledge of building, installing and maintaining.
  • Excellent PC software skills - knowledge of operating systems to include, DOS, Windows NT, 2000 and XP.
  • Excellent networking skills - installation of servers and troubleshooting
  • Excellent Problem Solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Current clean Driving License.
  • Stable career history

Knowledge of SQL, telecoms, Voice Recording, MCP qualification and working experience of working in Financial Institutions or Contact Centres would be desirable.
